I picked up a used v1.3 yesterday and started looking throught the paper work that came with it. A few questions here, first being what is the current version of the PiMP? And can I add on the flex fuel set up to the v1.3? I need to buy the wideband o2 and act sensor, but if I can add flex fuel too I'll buy everything for that too.

V1.3 is a PIMP, not a PiMPx or PiMPxs. That was discontinued in 2015. Last version was v1.4. Yours is probably from 2013 or so.
It can do flex fuel through the expansion connector. We don't offer the expansion connector for the original PiMP but I believe the part number for it is in the startup guide and in the FAQ.

Oh alright, cool! Thanks for the clarification. Tha guide gives a part number for an AEM wideband, is it easiest to go with that, or the spartan you guys offer? And does the wideband outright get rid of the original o2 sensor, or would I have to wire it in and keep the original too?

All widebands are just as "easy" to connect. We just didn't sell them when that guide was written. Ours are out of stock at the moment.
It replaces the stock o2 sensor, though it may not go in the same location depending on the application (widebands are supposed to be a couple feet away from the exhaust port or turbo outlet).

Ok that's good to know. I'd probably have to mount it in the downpipe then away from the turbo.
Final question, the act sensor just plugs into the stock plug for the vam correct?

No, the VAM and ACT are unrelated. 87-88 TC's have both a VAM and an ACT. It connects to one of the VAM pins/wires but the VAM connector is not involved.

How can you identify the two?

Could be either one.
Easiest way to identify is one says "PiMP v1.2.1" on the EEC connector sticker while the other would say "PiMPx v1.2.1". If it says PiMP, it's a PiMP. If it says PiMPx, it's a PiMPx. If it says PiMPxs, it's a PiMPxs.
Next way to identify it is by the type of tuning cable port (on the side of the ECU near the MAP nipple) it uses. Original PiMP uses a round connector, PiMPx uses a square connector. If looking at a pic where you can't see the port shape but you can see the tuning table, round port cable has a chrome connector on one end, square cable is all black.
