Hello. Just tried starting my car the other day (2.3 turbo) and it would not start. I realized that the fuel pump wasnt priming/making the buzzing sound for a few seconds. What i could hear was the integrated relay control module little black blox click Twice and then a single click close to the injector harness plug. Any thoughts? Thank you

The IRCM is just a box with relays inside and basically anything that's clicking is also a relay or a solenoid (like injectors).
How low was the battery voltage when you were trying to start it? Had it sat a while or had it ran in the last couple days?

Failed to check my volt gauge..however had plenty of juice to crank it over. I just started it the day before, so two days ago now

So the pump isn't priming (on then off after 5 seconds) but it's also not running constantly?

Can you connect to the ECU via your laptop and does it act normally in that regard?

I just put a test light on the inertia switch and got no light. I put the light ground on the tailight stud and poked the test light end through onto the each wire and it didnt light up for either wire

Sound like you need to dig into the inertia switch, grounds, etc.

Sounds good. Are there any writeups or posts about this you know off the top of your head?

I'm sure there is one out there somewhere but I don't think there is anything about inertia here.
