Hello. I plan on purchasing the stage 3 + clutch for my turbo 2.3L engine with a 93 2.3 T5 in a 93 hatch. Currently has a stage one off brand clutch and after all my upgrades, slips like crazy when going down the strip. When at the dyno i made around 360whp and similar torque. However soon i plan on diving into my timing tuning so i am expecting that hp and torque to increase (off topic, im not sure how much more i want it to increase considering its a stock block). Anyhow, i would like to know if the upgraded aluminum or steel flywheels are necessary, considering my current lightened flywheel is in fine condition. Second, i have been told that the stage 3 + will wear into the flywheel and pressure plate. Is this wear more than what is to be expected or typcial for this type of clutch? Third, is the primary difference between the stage 3 and 3+ the streetability characteristics and the additional torque capacity? Will the stage 3+ still stick and go when i dump the clutch compared to the stage 3? Based off of my wheel torque i have, i expect i will need a portion of the additional capacity of the 3+. Thank you so much!

Any flywheel with a flat and new friction surface on it will suffice. You don't want to put a new disc on an old/worn flywheel without resurfacing or replacing the friction plates (if yours is replaceable).
Any semi-metallic clutch disc will cause flywheel wear regardless of brand. It's what it takes to get these small discs to hold the power. This is where a disc with replaceable friction plates is handy. You just throw on a new plate rather than having to buy a new flywheel.
Yes, the 3+ has more tq capacity and it also behaves better in day to day driving where slipping the clutch at low RPM is required for smooth take off from a stop. Has no effect on its ability to grab and go when you dump the clutch, it's just how it reacts to intentional clutch slipping.
