I just finished up installing a spec stage 3 clutch, and new "stock" flywheel. This thing rattles loudly at idle. It immediately stops once rpm is increased or clutch is pedal is pressed down. Is this normal or do i need to take it back apart?

Did you install a new throwout bearing and pilot bearing?
Does the sound go away as soon as pedal is barely pressed or when it's all the way in?
Does it matter whether the trans is in gear or not regarding the sound (clutch in and clutch out)?

New throwout bearing and pilot bearing. And it completely stops as soon as the clutch starts to disengage with transmission in nuetral. Did try to drive it. It seems to drive ok. Obviously its quite grabby. But not bad. Noise is only at idle. revving it up just off idle noise stops. Car does have a cam so idle is a little low.

This is one that's tricky to diagnose online as everyone's definition of "loud" is different and I can't hear or feel it myself to compare to others I've heard.
In general I'd say it's not "normal" and I'd likely start by messing with the clutch cable preload/slack to see if it goes away when adjusting that. I'd also look for other things that may be causing the rattle that aren't actually the clutch itself but rather an ancillary item that's effected by the change in vibration and slack in the system as the clutch is pressed.
