I have an H1 Holset with a 3" OD v-band exhaust housing and I cannot find an elbow that fits this setup. I have googled and googled and cannot find what I need! Grrrr. Has anyone here run an H1 like this and where did they get an elbow? Need one with an O2 bung of course. I cannot figure out how to add a pic here. What external host do most people use?

Imgur is a good and easy image host to use.
I don't know your skill level. Do you have the ability to buy the proper v-band and fabricate the elbow?

I see the upper intake is gutted but the lower is not knifed edged or rounded in any of the pics. Has the lower been profiled in some way since then?
The downpipe doesn't install the way it's pictured (it wouldn't clear the firewall that way). The 2 bolt flange points up and connects to the bottom of a cast elbow. Either way, you won't want to use any of that stock downpipe as it will kill power.

I just put that down pipe there to have a look. I need the elbow first. I cant fab myself, but I saw a vband to 4 bolt adapter I may use, and then have an elbow made for that.
I thought sure there would be a factory cast piece for this...they had to use something! I just cant find it. The lower intake has been modified, with the runners being rounded off

The stock Holset elbows rarely fit anyway so I wouldn't get too hung up on finding one.

Ok, So basically get one of your vband clamps and weld a universal elbow too one end? I will of course have to have a bung added and tapped for the wideband.

No, you likely need the v-band specific to your turbo as Holset doesn't typically use standard v-band sizes. You'd have to measure the ID and OD of your v-band to know for sure.
