After a year or so of build up I finally get to drive my car It is a 88 Coupe with many mods The engine is a Turbo block hard filled ¾ up with CP pistons crower rods and stock crank. Cly head of course is Bo port Stage 3 with his full valve and spring package finished of with a 2.1 cam, Lower intake is also a Bo Port ported and the upper is a gutted and rotated with a BBK 65 MM throttle body and the front mount I/C with Stinger Performance air to air couplers. For cooling I run Esslinger water pump with a Griffin Rad that also has an engine oil cooler in it. I do not run coolant through the intake or use the stock oil cooler. On the exhaust side I run a Bobs log and right know an A/R 48 T3 [Precision 5457 on order] with Stinger performance oil drain system. The transmission is a V8 T5 pro 5.0 shifter using a Canfield adapter plate and a 10.5 Fidanza aluminum flywheel with a king cobra clutch. The front end is a coil over set up with 400lb springs, D&D SN 95 tube a arms AGX Struts, MM upper plates and 13” baer brakes Steering is a Ford manual rack with MM aluminum bushings and a Flaming river steering shaft, I am running a 86 TC front sway bar with home made end links. The K member is an 86 that has been plated and all the seams welded, also home made sub frame connectors. Rear end is a 8.8 with a 31 spline trac lok 4:10 gears and Moser axles Cobra brakes, J & M weight jacker lower control arms, home made torque arm and saleen pan hard bar with Koni Sa rear shocks, and Fairmount rear springs. For tires and wheels I run a 255 40 17 Nitto on a 17X9 cobra style wheel and a 295 40 17 Nitto on a 17X10.5 in the rear.
