I took a car that me and my dad built to the track last friday. The car has been around for a while but hasnt been running in 8 years. Setup is pretty average. Stock engine (felpro 1035), ported lower intake 5.0 tb T3 24psi, E6 ported 75 wet shot C4 with a pinto convertor and trans brake 6.87 at 98 mph 1.51 60ft. I dont have the video but here is a link to it

That thing is flat out moving! Something to be said about an extremely light car. If you can get them to hook they will get with it.

Hey Ive seen your posts here and was familiar with your name but had no idea this was you guys. I saw your dad posted about both cars on TF.
Wow the starlet is flying! "setup is average" may be completely true and I agree except that the ET is definitely not average. That could be the fastest stock engine pass I've seen. What a ride!

well i made a faster one last night. 6.79 with a 1.49 60'. I adjusted the wheelie bar a little just seeing if it made a change. I had to turn the timing down after that run, the plugs had a little dusting on them. I plan to turn the timing down a little more and make turn the nitrous up to 100shot. A friend will be posting some videos on youtube for me. When he does i will put the links on here.

That was without the nitrous if you can believe it, lol. It usually will 60' 1.58 or 1.59 with out the nitrous. With nitrous ive had it down to 1.48. We are going back this week with some more nitrous jets. We plan to turn it up to around 100 or 125.

That lil car is a freak! I love that second video. I bet you make a few of the locals jealous putting the smack down on them with half the displacement.

Yeah, but they take it pretty well. I got it down to 7.22 on the motor last wednesday night.

Yeah Corey and Bruce have had this car for a long time. It used to run the import series at our local 1/8th mile track. I think the best past to date on this setup with the nitrous back in the day was what corey 6.5x's?
I have a bunch of pictures if you want me to post them up for you and a few more videos.
