Hey all, I'd like to get your thoughts on this one. I'm doing mods on my 87 TC, and when I removed the exhaust manifold I noticed the 2nd cylinders exhaust port was wet with oil. The others are bone dry. When I bought the car it did smoke a little, but the owner thought it was the turbo because there was oil wetness in the air intake of the turbo. I planned to put another turbo on it anyway, so it didn't matter. Before I started on it,I did a compression test(eng warmed up) and all were 140 psi. The car ran good, no missing etc. I really don't want to pull the head if I don't have to. The car has 112,000 original miles on it. I hope it's just valve guide seals, I sure would appreciate any ideas. Thanks

I would assume it's a valve guide, though you won't know for sure until you tear it apart to take a look.
