I rebuilt my shortblock(new .030 forged pistons), but the heads are n/a. I am shooting for 325-350HP and my turbo is an HE351. Other than removing the material in the combustion chamber to make it like a turbo, do I need to do anything else to get those HP numbers? The exhaust valves are the right ones for a turbo. Will the stock cam work? Porting necessary?

While the stock cam and stock ports will "work" and can support that much hp if you throw enough boost at it, port work and a proper performance cam will allow you to make your hp goal much easier with less boost.

I will look at some mild BoPort cams. Off to the machine shop it is then.

stinger, is it necessary to remove the extra material in the n/a head combustion chamber? I plan to port the head, and get a new cam, but that is a big expense to remove that material. How much does it up the compression? Will that bit cause detonation issues?

It hurts flow, raises the compression a bit, and can cause detonation if it has sharp edges on it. You can run without it if you're willing to accept those compromises. You can grind it down some yourself without much expense though.
