THat all depends on what your goals are? But based on what you posted loose the E3.

E3 and Volvo IC appear to be the two weak links so far. As stated though, we don't know what your goals are. We also don't know if your valve seats are leaky like most 2.3T's are if they haven't had new seats installed.

The head just got rebuilt and port matched so no leaky valve seats. Im aiming for like 350 to the wheels. Trying to figure out what kind of engine management system i should get or however that works. What intercooler would you suggest so i can put my a/c back in.

You won't reach 350rwhp with the stock turbo or injectors. If you get a management system like our soon to be available MS system, you shouldn't need a fuel pressure regulator. A better cam will always show benefits and becomes more important as hp goes up. Bo is out of cams right now though so you may wait until he's got more in stock. Our FMIC kit works with the a/c if you are careful with how you install it in the nose.
3.55 or 3.73 gears are great for these cars/engines.

Shannon I got your exhuast installed yesterday thank you its nice had to cut alittle off but works great I upgraded my turbo and header to waiting on you to get the black for the fmic. I'm trying to work out the issues in my motor to get it running smoothly I'm having fuel injector trouble right now ones leaking from the injector and its not from the seal I think number 2. ATR Turbo Header And Precision E3431 Turbo. I really just want to get it dialed in to run good and to its potential any suggestions. Ya I know that not alot of info to work with.

What injectors are leaking? Stock ones or aftermarket?
A good cam will pick up hp regardless of the (lack of) porting.
Sounds like you'd be best off to upgrade to a chip of some sort, or better yet, a standalone ecu (like our upcoming unit) to get the most out of your setup.

Yeah, it's pretty common for the old stock injectors to leak between the steel inner body and the plastic outer shell. No fix for them, gotta be replaced.
