does anybody have any tips on how to get the internal wastegate un stuck. doesnt appear to be stuck at the actuator look more like the flapper inside the downpipe elbow.. any tips would be appreciated..

Penetrating fluid, oil/lube, maybe even a little heat to get it moving at first. Then once you get it moving just keep moving it and lubing it until it moves easily.

Probably start with something thin like wd40 so it penetrates all the way in there. Might have to soak the bottom of the elbow in a mix of acetone and atf (auto trans fluid) as it's been tested to be a better penetrating fluid then all of those available for purchase.

the turbo and wastegate are on the car.. i just recently replaced my turbo with this used one and didnt even think to check the wastegate.. am i going to need to take it all off? i was thinking maybe i could take the actuator off and maybe free it up that way or i was thinking about just going a different turbo, external wastegate and boost controller.. what would your suggestion be?

You can always try to loosen it up on the car, depends on how stuck it is on whether you'll be successful or not. I don't think I'd swap to a new turbo for a stuck wastegate flapper though.
