turbo housing porting

Hello All. I bought a Stinger header used, and the header to turbo gasket matches the hole almost perfectly but on my T3/T4 Hybrid there is about a 1/16 on the long sides and 3/16 on the short sides showing. Is it ok to port and blend out the housing to match the gasket so as to get rid of the edge? Trying the Bangforbuck upgrade from the NATO boards.

Yes, just keep the shavings out of the turbo.
