I'm in need of both the feed and return nylon lines that connect the fuel rail to the the hard lines. Anyone got an extra set lying around?

I wonder if they can make a couple of lines. I don't need the whole setup.

I tried, but couldn't get the line to soften up enough with the hot water to get my fitting on the line. I ended up using the tubing flaring clamp and caulking gun method. Worked l like a charm!

Care to elaborate the caulking gun method? I haven't seen that one before.

Yea water failed for me to and I used the caulk gun method....there's a thread on ls1tech that shows how to do it...long story short you use a caulk gun as a press and the tube flaring tool as a vise

Just do a google search. I found a good write up on a z28 site. Definitely won't do another line without it.

I know its kind of ghetto but I used high pressure fuel injection rubber hose and slipped it over the fitting on rail and hard lines, they have a nice lip that is used on the stock lines, I simply used a FI hose clamp, they are different then regular clamps. Seems to work good, as long as its FI hose and clamps I dont see a problem.

I thought of using just fuel line but don't trust road debri and what not but I did wrap 3/8 vapor hose over the nylon line for extra protection
