Hose from the "side" port to the wastegate actuator (or for an external wastegate, to the port on the side, not on the end of the gate. Leave the port on the end open to atmosphere). Then a hose goes from the bottom port of the boost valve to the vacuum tree, or the turbo outlet (if there is a open port available on your turbo).

you cant use a manual boost controller on a internal wastegate then can you?

You can use it on any wastegate.

So I can just put the manual boost controller in and it will allow my to go higher than 10psi? After I get the intercooler of course
