I need to know what wires on the head phone looking jack for the 9 pin goes where on the Expansion connector. I have Green,orange,red . Which one goes where 29,30,31.

Whether you use the serial communication or not is optional. It has the same function as the USB communication you use when you don't have the expansion connector. If you do use it, wire it as below. If you don't use it, pins 29 and 30 aren't used and pin 31 is sensor ground where all the analog outputs are grounded. Technically you can use both at once since pin 31 is serial ground and sensor ground as well. You just have to tie a long sensor ground wire to the Serial Green wire that's pinned into the expansion connector.
Serial Orange 29 TX Serial Transmit
Serial Red 30 RX Serial Receive
Serial Grn 31 Sensor GND Sensor Ground - Tie Spare Analogs Here

Thank you so much. I am tring 2 use the 115200 baud bluetooth serial adapter. I understand the 9 pin does not power the adapter.I have the power adapter. Not wanting to use it for tuning just to keep a eye on stuff on my taplet
