Depends how you want the ECU to control it. If you just want to trigger the system to turn on then they are all fine. If you want the ECU to replace the controller then you need to get one of the "base" kits that doesn't have a variable flow controller and then use the ECU for that function using a PWM output and a solid state relay.
Any of the kits that don't have a controller (and therefore are cheaper) are fine. They all have their pros/cons and some companies don't offer a base kit without controller. They all use the same type of pump, lines are lines, nozzles may vary a bit so pick your favorite.
