chips on the turbo blade????

ok you all have read that my car is not running wright well i was told to check my turbo and my intercooler cuplers and i did, no rip in my intercooler cupler, so i dont think thats why my car wont rev over 2300rpm, but any ways i took the front of my turbo off and checked it for play there is not alot of play, but there is some chips on the turbo blade its self, so what do i do?? how hard is it to switch to the svo T3 turbo from the stock IHI turbo?

Well, a picture of the damage would help to decide how big of a deal it is.

Switching to the T3 requires a new return line, new or plugging of the water cooling lines, and a new downpipe if you don't already have a 3" downpipe.
