Max lift on the stock head/valves is around .450"
There is no "best" overlap, depends on many factors.
There is no "boost" limit. The HP limit is listed in the FAQ page though.
That kit is fine. Requires a little modification to match to your specific vehicle but quality is fine.
You can compare the case style to known ecu's to at least tell what series of ecu it is.
If the tune on the nitrous is safe, a 75 shot isn't out of the question.

Easy is a relative term. If everything is perfect then 300hp isn't too hard. Getting everything perfect is somewhat difficult though.

that is so true this is my first 2.3T swap but I have done about 6 turbo swaps in Mazda 323 and in Escorts , so I know a bit about tuning. and yes some times it can be a pita but I have always won some times takes more times then others.
Now a bit about me. I got Jason F Turboj74 Ford Tempo and I will race it too with a turbo. Automotive mechanic class A Ontario Canada over 20 years now makes me fell older then I am LOL , got a nice garage at home to work on my toy with all the tools I will ever need. But I will be getting a few parts from Stinger and Boport they have some engine parts that keep me up at night , but I'M sure I'M not the only one for sure.
