Recently rebuilt my 1988 Tbird 2.3T. Got her timed and running well. Everything is all good until I start to drive her, first mile or so is great. But then I loose all engine power. Downshifting and pressing gas petal has little to no effect. Just slowly starts to slow down and die. But when I turn it off and back on it resets (will be good for another mile or so and it’ll act up again).
I feel like it could be the tps or injectors. Wanted a second opinion before diving into it.

I don't know how it could be injectors or TPS.
It could be a number of things. First thing I'd do is scan for codes. You can report back with the results.
It could also be something like the fuel filter (either the one on the fuel pump in the tank or the inline one) is plugging up with "gunk" and when you shut it off, some of that gunk falls off the filter and it's good to go again until the filter plugs back up after a minute.
Other things are electronics that fail as they get hot like the TFI for example. Typically a hot TFI doesn't fail that quickly though and it won't restart until it cools off some.
