Does anyone have any recommendations on what clutch would be optimal for my build? I am looking at either the Spec stage four or the Spec stage five clutch, but I not sure what a clutch that is " not street friendly" entails. My car weighs 2100-2200 lbs, and I have future plans to build the engine to produce 400+ HP. I will also be buying the SVO aluminium flywheel. The car will see the track a few times, but it will mainly be daily driven.

The light weight of your car allows you to use a less aggressive clutch than a typical 3000-3500lb car would need at the same power level. Since a 400+hp 2.3 will make less tq than hp, and your car is light, and it will mostly be a daily driver (street tires), I'd suggest a stage 3+.
A clutch that isn't street friendly is very grabby when engaging it (hard to slip it to get the car moving) and gets more grabby as it heats up (where a stock clutch gets less grabby as it heats up). When the clutch acts more like an on/off switch than a device you can slip, it makes it hard to drive smoothly.

Okay, thank you. I would like to get the stage 3+, but unfortunatly I am on a tight budget right now. I have decided to order the stage four six puck, but I dont see a drop down menu for selecting the number of pucks. one more thing, I am assuming the stock SVO T5 has a ten spline input shaft, am I correct?

I don't think SPEC offers a choice of pucks anymore. Yes, 10 spline.
