Are you wanting to retain the current wastegate flange or replace it? If replace, how large is the pipe it's welded to?
Is the old gate not working?

Is the wastegate not functioning properly or is there some other reason you want to swap it out? They all work the same as far as how they are connected, how they function, etc. so unless it's malfunctioning, you won't be gaining anything by swapping it out. All you said above is you know nothing about it so I'm not sure if this is why you want to replace it? If so, we can help with that without you having to buy anything.

well its old, i’ve had it six yrs and it was used when i got it, it worked fine with my old turbo, seems to work fine with the new turbo however i only have been able to put a couple miles on it so far. the only reason why i would want to replace it is because when i start really beating on this setup soon i’m worried about it failing

They are an item that rarely fails so I wouldn't worry too much about that, especially if you've got overboost set to a reasonable value so it would catch it and prevent damage if it were to fail (which again, isn't likely).
With that said, if it's something you just want to replace, 2 bolt 38mm gates use the same size flange/bolt pattern and flow a bit more. There are tons of different 2 bolt 38mm gates out there from knock offs under $100 to those from all the major brands for a couple hundred.
