I guess I was unaware the 2.2 Mopar had the intake and exhaust on the same side And WOW! does that Boport SVO sound wicked!! What does that car run at the track?.........Warren It never went down the track. Made a little over 500rwhp though.

Glad I could help. Are the springs by chance a crane 99893? That's a pretty good spring for installed heights around 1.800". If the installed height you are working with is near 1.800" I too know the difficulty in finding suitable mechanical roller springs that will work with that installed height. One thing I notice is the base circle on the cams you use looks really large, which is a good thing. In order to grind cams on the common billet cores available and physically fit cams through the cam towers larger than .600" lift in the 2.3 ford heads base circles have to be real small, usually less than 1.00" which makes for really high opening and closing ramp velocities. Anyway, from what I can see the set-up looks real good to me. Good luck with your build!

Thanks for the help Bo and everyone else. I guess I will just run these springs and hope for the best. On a side note, I have a chance to buy a 85 SVO, complete running car but rough shape. Its all there, not much rust but needs restoration. the owner (used car lot) wants $4500. What is it worth? Warren
