Build boost with pinto converter?

How much boost if any can i build with a stock 2.3, ported head stock valves no VJ but will soon get larger valves and 5 angle VJ, fully ported and welded efi lower converted to carb, ranger roller, 350 holley, intercooled, alky spray 25psi, holset hy35.

This is a daily driver and want to go the C4 route and trying to do it cheap, have trans and bell need shifter and converter. Want to keep it mild but still want to footbrake into boost.

Hard to say but I'm better foot braking with a Pinto converter and an HY35 won't equate to much of anything as far as boost goes.

That's sorta what i was thinking, i guess i will just have to run my custom 3500+ stall dirty dog converter and get a new one made for my 240sx.
