I was looking at the FID850 injectors in the store and in the description it says
“Note FID850's, 1300's, and 1600's are already EV1 so no adapters are required”
But in the main description it says
“The FID 850's are EV14 based High Impedance fuel injectors”
Which one is correct?

The confusion is related to the terminology many people use for the stock style connector being "EV1" even though they are technically called "jetronic/minitimer" while the injector body is "EV1". Technically the "EV" number refers to the injector body style, not the connector type but these two terms have been used interchangeably online for both the injector type and connector type that it now creates an extra layer of confusion. All of the FID injectors are the EV14 body style (hence the description) but the connector type varies (hence the connector type listed in the chart at the bottom of the listing). Here is another company explaining the same confusion to their customers: www.facebook.com/PerformanceFuelInjection/posts/sticky-we-have-been-getting-alot-of-questions-and-confusion-related-to-some-of-t/1754135524696068/

Just to be sure I got this correct, the FID850 has a EV14 body (just like all the other FID injectors) but with the older EV1 plug? If that’s correct is that the smallest FID injector that has that EV1 style connector?
