How much of the coarse steel wool should I put into the inlet of the catch can. I have a single inlet moroso can? Should I also add some to the filter neck of the Can as well? Only asking because after adding I notice my oil pressure read a lil higher.

There is no link between steel wool in a catch can and oil pressure. They are two unrelated systems. The wool is only there to give the oil mist something to stick to and then drip to the bottom before the air leaves the catch can.

Got ya I just didn’t want to restrict the system by packing too much into the inlet of the catch can.

You can restrict the PCV system if you pack it in there super tight. It won't raise oil pressure though.
