Does anyone know where I can find a clutch fork for a TC with a Hydrolic slave cylinder, or does anyone have a part number?
I attempted to install the throw out bearing and I noticed the spring tabs that hold the bearing in place where broken off.

I'm 99% sure it's no longer available new. I believe on saw on TurboFord.org where someone modified one using clips from something else to make theirs usable again.

I saw a video on YouTube of the clutch fork and I noticed the spring tabs are gone off of his as well. Now I am not even sure they are supposed to be there. The spring to keep the fork on the pivot point is perfectly intact.
I am so confused.

I think I found the thread from 2009 you read. I pretty much know what I need to do now. Like you said, an intact clip needs to be re-rivited on the TC fork. Multiple people claim the Early rangers have the same or a similar clip that can be used. I will update how it goes.

Sounds like a plan. Take pics of your progress.

I ordered a TO bearing for an 80-82 Jeep CJ-5. I got some information from someone from Turboford, and they said this was one solution that will work because the bearing itself has the retaining clips on it. The bearing will arrive at work on Monday, so I will see how it goes. In the mean time, I had to repair the fork because it was worn down a bit where it makes contact with the bearing.

All of the image links redirected to photobucket.com homepage before they ever showed the image.

Is there another way to put the images on here? I have done it before, but I can't remember how I did it.

Hosting them somewhere and posting the "share" link here is the correct way. Photobucket basically shot themselves in the foot by disabling this ability for free users. Imgur is a good easy file host.
