I walbro 255 pump and aftermarket adjustable fuel pressure regulator set at 39psi with hx35 turbo ...some reason under boost it the motor cuts In out almost like a fuel cut and the duty cycle is maxed out on only 13psi of boost I have a set of fast 88lbs injectors out of an ls1 ...I'm wondering if there anything I should do before having to worry about swapping out the injectors

You've got a larger turbo on stock injectors, I'd expect them to be maxed out. You have larger injectors available, swap them in and change the settings to reflect the new injector specs.

I turned up the fuel pressure so they seem to be doing ok now ..the only problem I'm having now is the truck will only go to 4k under boost just over 10psi it will cut in out I have had it on auto tune it runs fine just doesn't let me go over 4k at boost ...I can't figure out why

for some reason it dont have the attached file on your website i have tried 3 different devices it pops up when the page loads an then then its gone ..im trying to load up the data log for you

You can only upload files to the PiMP sections (where you would ask for help involving the PiMPx). This is not the section for it, hence the inability to upload the files (tune and log).
