Sig Return is shared by all sensors (or at least should be when wired properly). I don't know what that red wire is but it's not what's supposed to be there. Since I don't know what it is, I can't say whether you can cut it or not as I don't know if it's feeding power to anything else.

Im going to test and see if its shared with VPWR wire off the IAC/INJ. If so, i would be extremely stumped, but, i should be able to just de-pin the red wire in TPS connector, and add a new wire joining SigRtn (pin 46) What has me stumped is, SigRtn is present on all other appropriate sensors. And they all Have the Black/white wire. Tested and ground. Tps is the only one. And its a Red wire..? br] I would love to find a pinout for That green 8 pin connector at the computer

It is in fact a shared Vpwr wire, same as boost solenoid , inj and iac I am not sure why this is. Ive never opened the harness up or changed anything there, and it still looks original. Either way, i should be able To break the 12 connection at tps and jump it to sigrtn

Ok. If i supply SigRtn ground to it , it will only run if i throttle it.. hook the red wire back up, and it purrs like a kitten

You sure you're not looking at the IAC instead of the TPS? IAC is 12v and also mounted to throttle body. EGR is the only other thing in the area but it's mounted to the intake near the throttle body.

Well. My error. There are 2 “tps” style connectors in the area. The one i was testing has the orange , green and the red is for the iac. Further down. In the actual sensor, there sat the sigrtn. My error. Im sorry for the post. Can be deleted or laughed at
I found the car really reacted well to the SN95 throttle body swap tho!

Good to hear that was the problem.
The SN95 TB swap "gains" are sort of a trick. It doesn't really pick up WOT power (unless you're making well over 300hp to begine with) but because of the way the TB opens compared to the stock one, you get more airflow when partially open which makes it feel more responsive.

I really appreciate the help.
Is the FMIC kit good for a stock setup? How is the lag? I want to make 200hp with this and have fun

It's fine for all setups. There is a slight bit more lag but it's more the VAM than the FMIC kit. It goes away with modern electronics or good 3" exhaust.
