Replacing rod bearings in my 2.3T. The new ones don’t have oil holes. Has anyone else ran into this? I replaced the ones in it years ago and they have the oil holes in them, looking in the internet there is mixed opinions about this.

The hole is for rods with piston oil squirters built-in. Bearings with holes have less surface area so they don't take as much abuse.

So I should not install these. I paid more due to I was told they were a performance bearing vs stock. I don’t want issues due to wring bearings.

What rods? Most aftermarket rods don't have squirters.

I’m using stock rods.. so the oil holes feed the wrist pin?

No, wrist pins aren't pressure-fed oil. As I said, the holes in the bearings are for rods with built-in piston squirters. No squirters = no holes required. Stock rods have built-in squirters. How useful they are is questionable as the oil return from the top of the engine runs right down on the rods while the rotating assembly spins and oil splashing off the rods is probably better then any volume of oil you could ever get from a stock squirter.
