For those that re-did their fuel lines around the fuel rail, did you reuse the stock damper or are there after market ones available? OR are people removing the damper?
And, has anyone repaired their nylon fuel lines with a compression type fitting? I'm considering using these (Like the Dorman 800-222) but i'm concerned with sudden decrease in ID and its affect of the flow. Are these compression fittings more of a quick repair, than a long term solution?

It goes away when people do new (larger) lines.
The compression fittings can be a permanent solution and flow restriction only matters if you're already about "maxed out" on your stock lines (somewhere in the 500hp range).
