So this is a super budget build, mainly zipties and junkyard parts! Stock 88 2.3,I replaced cam bearings new valve seals re-seated valves diy "milled" flat head, gasket matched ports, copper head shim, heavy duty head gasket, bottom end was rebuilt before I got the car(with receipts) 20lb ranger injectors, gasket matched intake, ebay header, Volvo intercooler/radiator/e-fan combo, Eaton m62 from Mercedes clk230 with homemade intake and pressure flange , ebay intercooler pipe and bov kit some power stroke i.c. pipe for intake. Made a crank pulley out of 2 ranger pulleys for more boost 7psi is at 5k!!

Interesting project I suppose. I'm not a fan of superchargers on small displacement engines due because of how much boost is needed to make big power, need for intercooling, and how much power they take to spin but if you do it to be different rather than to perform better than a turbo, it is certainly different.

I've done 3 turbo swaps the 3rd I attempted to twin charge but didn't know the characteristics of the supercharger... It boosted fine but it was basically all turbo.. with what I've learned from the mustang so far I think I'm ready to make it work especially with the pimpx I have!!!
