Completed the VAM wiring after swapping the Mustang injector harness back, dont ask me how I missed that sentence in the write up saying to use the Mustang harness lol, and although it wouldnt start with the key I was able to jump it across the starter relay and she fired right up. So now comes all the little clean up work needed to make these projects seem like they were always there
QUESTIONS
1 Premium fuel swich - i cut the wire and just left it bare for the time being, which leaves it in Regular mode ?
2 Exhaust manifold - there looks like a small crack in the manifold, worthwhile getting it welded up?
3 EGR Relay - can the two relays be removed? Referring to the one with the Green wire used for VAM wiring and the one beside it
4 MAP Sensor - just in the way now so ok to remove that as well and use the bracket for Clutch Master Cylinder? (hate to remove it and then need it with the PIMP install)
Looking forward to getting the stock intercooler put back on and going for a drive. Thanks for the help

Yes, premium wire not connected = regular mode (which is fine for now as it's "safer" but makes less power).
Yes, if it's not more expensive than another manifold costs. To do it right it should be ground out in a "V" for proper weld penetration and it should have small holes drilled at the ends of the crack and then welded to stop the cracks from progressing further.
EGR can be removed.
MAP/BAP is used for the stock ECU so you can't remove it. PiMP doesn't use it (it's got one internally).
