Engine warning light and buzzer sound question

Does Anyone know why the engine warning light will come on and the buzzer will sound when I cycle the key to the START position?  And when the car is started and the key cycles back to ON, the warning light goes off and the buzzing sounds stops.

I ran KOEO codes and got code 54.  though something I need to look into, I don’t think it’s related.
