Is this T4 Compressor a good match with this Turbine?

I know of this brand new Turbonetics turbo for sale.  It has a T04E 46 trim compressor with a 0.48 T3 turbine housing. The turbine wheel is their F-54.  The F-54 is close to a Garrett stage 2 turbine wheel.

Is this a good match?  The turbine seems a bit too small…..
