stinger with the basic timing map u posted, what do u set base timing to. I can not get my car to run on it. it just cuts out. Scott set me up with his map but says my ms needs 20deg base timing.

Well found where i change base in MS now just need to know what base u run.

Where are you seeing what you are calling "Base"?
You just need to make sure what is commanded on the laptop is the same as the timing number at the engine.
In TunerStudio, go to basic setup > more ignition options > fixed advance and change it from "use table" to "fixed timing". Then make sure "timing for fixed advance is set to 20". This will lock the commanded timing at 20 degrees. With the engine running, put a timing light on the #1 plug wire and point it at the crank pulley. Verify that timing is at 20 degrees BTDC. If it isn't, rotate the distributor until the timing is 20 degrees BTDC. Tighten up the distributor hold down, verify timing is still 20 degrees, then go into the same location in TunerStudio and put it back to "use table".

Yes this is what i was talking about. And i have checked it. But my car will not run on this timing map. As soon as i import it the car dies.

I can't think of any logical reason for that, other than that I've never imported a table while running and I don't think I ever would try it. Have you tried doing it while not running and then starting it?
