Intercooler is in place of radiator, not in front of it. Also the 90 degree outlet couplers are longer than required and can be trimmed to make them the right length for your particular install. Trimming the outlet elbow shorter will get rid of the kink, trimming where it slides onto the outlet of the intercooler will take 3+ inches out of the misalignment and moving the intercooler forward a few inches will do the rest.
You can tighten a clamp around the coupler where you want to cut it, then use the edge of the clamp as a guide to keep the cut straight and also to keep from slipping and cutting into the part of the elbow you need to use. Just use a razor knife to cut it.

intercooler is in place of radiator in photo's.... no radiator in the car. it is in the radiator brackets in the photo.... can't move it any further forward except for those wires there... i moved them and put it all the way against the radaitor grille support and still cant see enough.... it's almost like the angle on the steel tube running to the throttle body is wrong... or the straight area between the two bends is too long...

another thing is that the intercooler "outlet" the one on the driver side that will go to the throttle body is angled towards the inner fender driver side..... please tell me i don't have the wrong intercooler.... i want your front mount total kit but no cash right now... dang this thing needs to run.

i had to trim the long straight steel pipe from the turbo to the intercooler. about 1.5 inches. then on the elbow going into turbo i trimmed the smaller diameter side about 2.5 inches. then on the elbow on the outlet side of intercooler going to the steel pipe i trimmed about 3 inches off the side that attaches to the intercooler..... and it lined up only issue now is that the straight rubber connector to the throttle body seems to be to large for the stock throttle body... tighten the t-bolt clamp all the way down and i still can move it around..... any tips?

put a JB Weld bead around the pipe you want to clamp to and put the clamp in front of that and tighten all the way down, that may make enought of a "bump" to give the clamped area something to push against, but it won't be air tight. Maybe some duct tape!

The TB should clamp tight if the clamp is next to the "lip" on the end of the TB.
