hey stinger, you given any thought to building a twin scroll header, or would it just not be cost effective?

Yes, I have. I've got a great twin scroll header design that will probably never see the light of day. It can't be made affordable enough to sell in the US ($750+) and I can't get the quality I need from any manufacturer I've contacted in China...though the price would be in line with the current header. Also if I have it made in China there will be a million people selling some version of them within months (after I spend thousands setting up the initial design) so it's just not something I'm going to deal with....unfortunately.

I saw the thread on TF where this was mentioned, and I was curious to see if your other design that u spoke of was a twin scroll. That sucks.

Yeah...twin scroll, revised turbo location for more plug clearance, new wg location and size, more room for huge compressor housings at #1 & #2 primaries, etc...
