I have the TC downpipe and I am getting ready to order the other 3" pipes and clamps. I have a couple of questions though:
1) Does the 3" DP to Turbo connection require a gasket. 2) For that same connection, should I be using the bolts with springs on them? 3) What hangers do I use?
Any other tips for someone who has never installed a new exhaust on a TC before?
Thanks!

1) No 2) No 3) Re-use the stockers, or use universal hangers.
Start at the front and work backwards. Don't tighten anything down until it's all trimmed for length and fitted. Try to tuck it as close to the bottom of the car as possible to increase ground clearance.

Another question... It looks like I need to trim the mid-pipe to fit the flowmaster muffler. Can you verify that this is expected before I start cutting a chunk off of this pipe?

I don't have the full exhaust from Stinger, but I did have to trim a piece on the intercooler to get it to fit perfect, because of how I hung the IC in the front. I'm sure as long as you measure plenty and are confident it's going to hang right, it's the right thing to do. Some mufflers are longer than others, and the flowmasters may just be longer than what he designed it for.

Thanks for the advice. I went ahead and trimmed the mid-pipe. Still working on getting a good fit, but that seemed to do the trick.

Yes, the midpipe is longer than needed for two reasons. First is because some people run different sized mufflers (or no muffler at all) and it's easier to trim to fit than it is to add pipe. Second, it acts as a way to keep UPS from damaging the exhaust since the ends are what may get bent and it gets cut off anyway.
The front of the muffler body should only be about 1/2" away from the chassis when everything is the right length.
