Ever since I bought out MaxPSI's oil line business and started building the lines in-house I've been looking into ways to build a AN-10 sized stock location line (instead of AN-8 like the current version). While the -8 line worked for the vast majority of people, it wasn't the ideal size and did cause problems with drainage in some cases.
It was my understanding that there wasn't enough room to run a -10 line in the stock location with the Parker fittings I use. My first attempts failed as I was unable to get a -10 line to fit and not run "uphill" without tapping the block deeper so the fitting would screw in farther. Knowing that requiring people to tap the block deeper wasn't an option, I kept looking for solutions.
The solution ended up being to use a male -10 return flange instead of the standard female 1/2" pipe flange. The problem I then ran into was the readily available flanges weren't tall enough and it was kinking the lines. I finally made a custom return flange that incorporated the -10 male fitting and was adjustable so I could find the required overall height. After much trial and error, I finally succeeded. With that info, I got the required "extra tall" flanges machined.
So with all of that said, I'll have -10 stock location return lines in stock in about a week.
Because all of the fittings are larger (and therefore more expensive), my cost went up $5 compared to the old line. The custom flanges also cost me more but I plan to offer them with the line for $70 total shipped (old line was $68.50 shipped).
So in the end the price with flange should only be $1.50 more than before.

I'm also adding oil feed and return lines for Bob's center mount and flipped manifolds.
I also now have those oddball metric o-ringed Holset inlet fittings in stock now.
FYI, I can also make custom line lengths and such for those of you with oddball setups.
