just wondering what shocks a lot of you guys ran on your 2.3's do the standard 5.0L springs with a 2.0 drop do the trick...?? any certian brand ride better than another?? thanks for your help guys.. also i should mention it is a daily driver so lowerd but not to stiff would be my guess..

Eibach is the only company that I know of that actually has 2.3 specific springs. Most 5.0 springs will leave the nose about 1/2" higher than it would be with a 5.0. Progressive rate springs are best for ride quality while still performing better.
When I ran Eibach's, I used the stock shocks/struts for a while, then swapped in some Tokico's and didn't really notice a difference. My stock struts weren't worn out though.

okay thanks stinger ill look into the eibach then.... do they drop the car a hole 1.5 inches???

The ones I had dropped it closer to 2.5", new spring isolators probably would have got it back to about 2" though. My old 91LX "Fourced" had the Eibach Pro-Kit.

okay cool thanks black you may have saved me 70 bucks my man i apreciate it... i have bought from UPR before for my 5.0L complete chromolly suspension k member, with awsome luck there stuff is top notch.. a lot of people online dis them tho... the coil over kit i got from them said eibach on the springs they seem to ride great...
