Did you get it from us or a knockoff from eBay?
Where did it crack?
Do you have a wastegate dump tube?
Does the dump tube have a flex pipe?
In your other thread you said your engine is running lean. Lean = Hot and excessive heat changes the material properties of the header material. Same goes if it is overheated during crack repair. When this happens it will crack again right next to the previous repair weld.

i got the header from you and it only went lean at the track in high boost but i turned the boost down so i wasnt running lean any more. it has the wastegate dump and its a atmispheric dump the header cracked the first time at the 4 bolt flange to the wastegate tube had it welded and a reinfoucment put in and then it cracked 2 more times at the flange where it bolts to the head by the 2 outer runners and then inside all the runners and had a guy reweld around all the runners and any cracks that he could find but it still has little cracks at the 4 to 1 turbo flange.

Did it come with a brace from the wastegate tube to the 4 bolt flange? I'm trying to figure out when it was purchased (before or after we started adding the brace).
It only takes one time of going lean and overheating the header to cause catastrophic damage.
Also note it says on our site in the header listing: Must use a braided flex section in external wastegate dump tube that routes wastegate back into downpipe.

With the wastegate open to atmosphere I'm not sure you have any reliable long-term options. The main issue I have with an open downpipe's sound is that it sounds a lot like detonation and opens at the same time as detonation would start so it makes it impossible to know if it's detonating (which blows headgaskets, kills rod bearings, and melts pistons).

well i think this year i might blow it back into the exhuast just so you can hear yourself think a lil better in the car when your on it.

do you think my best bet is just weld and brace it a lill more?

I think you're probably in a losing situation at this point with that particular header. Probably been overheated by both the lean condition and the re-welding. You can reweld it and brace it though.
