are you guys mounting it to anything with the included brackets and nuts, or just leaving it connected to the hoses and sitting freely?

Just leaving it connected and sitting freely. The lower portion of the front bumper does a fine job of holding it in place.

thanks! did you remove the brackets for the AC condenser or just leave them in there? That article posted last page says he removed them but Im not so sure how they come off lol

I took them off. On my particular car, it would've taken more bending of the oil cooler line than I was comfortable doing to make it all fit. I'm at work right now but I'll try to remember to look and see how I got them off. Stinger may be able to answer quicker.

The condensor brackets are bolted on so they are easy to remove.

havent turned the car on as I need a vacuum fitting to hook up the bypass, but i think that bypass setup should work at least for now! I think I want to replace the power steering cooler lines, I dont like how they push back agaisnt the intercooler, what are you guys using for a replacement, just a simple one like this? www.summitracing.com/parts/DER-13200/
