do sov's have a fuel pump in the tank as well as the 2 in line fuel pumps

No SVO has 2 inline pumps. The 84-85 SVO's have an in tank lifter pump that feeds an inline pump which supplies the engine with fuel. The 85.5-86 SVO's have just an intank pump.

ok cause i wanna get a walboro 255 fuel pump for the car and i didnt know if there was one in the tank or not

Look for a thread in the last month from marcelj about this...has the options available, part numbers for the pump(s) needed, etc.
It's Walbro, not Walboro FYI in case you try to Google it.
