Well this is a two part question.
Is there any thing bad with having a 90deg elbow welded to the waste gate flange then the flex pipe? after the wastegate not between it and the manifold . Cause me and my buddy are gonna have a divorced waste gate .so I was gonna do this. Waste gate 90 flex pipe then a 45 after the kmember to another 45 to go under the car then a 45 for side exit .
Any one wanna post the external waste gate setups.

I'm not sure I follow what you're saying.
Maybe a pic, or a list of items in order from header to the outlet of the dump tube would help.
What header?

Your header External 38 mm waste gate wastegate flange 90 deg elbow to flex pipe. Is that bad ? In the tech section you say use a flex pipe to percent cracking I want to know if it's on the flex pipe is after 1.5 tube 90deg elbow.

Doesn't matter if it's before or after the bend towards the rear. It's more important that it's not preloaded when bolted on so it's not putting any pressure on the gate when installed, it's free floating.

Yeah that what I was thinking . I planed on 90 deg flex pipe . Then after the flex pipe take a stand off from work and mount that on the top side of the k member. So all the weight of the waste gate piping is being held by the stand off.
It would be nice to see some pics of what members have done.
So close to being done. Just need injectors, pimp ecu. Brake job and manual steering rack conversion and the car will be ready for this summer.

I'm not sure I'd mount it to the k-member unless you've got solid mounts. If you've got solid mounts (I think you do), then any bracing to the frame or engine should be to both the wastegate flange and turbo flange, rather than the dump tube.
Furthermore, if you're not routing it back into the exhaust, you'll definitely need to support the weight of the dump tube.

The motor mounts are not solid .but they are not stock and extremely stiff. I was thinking of getting a stand off from my day job. It's more or less a pipe and at the end a clamp for tube. I was going to use it to hold up the waste gate down pipe (since it will be fully devoiced)in the area around the k member after the flex pipe . My thinking was that the flex pipe would take up the little motion of the motor and the surging effect of the wastegate opening. Would I be better off just having a hanger under the car? I just wanna brave it right and not have problems.

I'd suggest not mounting it to the frame even with the flex pipe. You could mount it to the exhaust or anything else that moves with the engine, or soft mount it with a hanger, but nothing solid.
