Nice clearance around the frame rail. Its close but the universal exhaust hanger is stiff and the system does not move.

From the rear. A little blurry but you can see the UPR lower control arms in this picture. Exhaust system hangs up high like a stock car.
We have also slid a BoPort 1.5 cam in and put on a T3 not long ago. That and this Stinger exhaust it pulls pretty hard now even at only 15 lbs of boost. Power does not drop off in the upper RPM ranges just keeps pulling.
Next up is to take off the .48 turbo housing and put on a .63 since that is what BoPort recommends with his cam.

Here is the elbow as received looking up through the pipe. Notice the small amount of casting hanging into the pipe.

Here you can see more of the blending I did. Also knocked a little metal off the O2 fitting to smooth the flow out a little. Minimum metal was removed to not weaken the elbow.

Looking good. Cleaning up the elbow can certainly be done and I do it sometimes when I have time. It's tax season though so just getting the orders out in a timely fashion is key. I had 4 3" elbows to ship out that day so cleaning up the welding slag in the corner didn't make the cut that day. Fortunately you had to tools to clean it up.

We finally got around to pulling off the whole system to wire wheel it down and get it painted up with some VHT flat aluminum header paint. While off we welded the mid pipe to the down pipe to get rid of that clamp and we also welded in an O2 sensor bung. We also fabricated a custom full 3" tail pipe using Stinger over the axle pipe and some 3" mandrel bends purchased from Summit. Goal was to get a full 3" tail pipe that could not be seen. We were able to route the tail pipe around the gas tank and tuck it up high and it clears everything and never hits. Plenty of extra room for mega size tires too. Flanges were added to the over the axle pipe by the muffler for easy tail pipe removal down the road. We also had a local shop expand the tail pipe where it goes into the muffler for a smooth transition and increased flow. See the attached album for all the pics including the stealth tail pipe: imageshack.us/g/6/painted1.jpg/

Turned out real nice, I need to go over the axle with my exhaust too. Thanks for the visual aids!

One other tip: we used a muffler clamp to position that rear tail pipe hanger. Then we removed the tail pipe and welded hanger to tail pipe. Then remove muffler clamp. If we would have stayed with the clamp it would have been visible from the rear of the car. The rear tail pipe hanger bolts to the a stock bolt hole that was already in the frame rail.

Looks good!
FYI, I do now offer a Dynomax muffler on the site.

Looks great. I too am going to do the hidden tail pipe. I hate the look of single tailpipe showing on the LX. Going to order the Stinger Exhaust and a muffler. Then take it to the local fab guy and have him fab me up a tailpipe just like you have done.
Got any sound clips, I am trying to decide between the Magnafow or Dynomax

Magnaflow and Dynomax sound the same. As stated though, they Dynomax fits better.

I don't have any sound clips but its not real loud, the turbo muffles a lot of noise. The Dynomax is wider then the Magnaflow which helps position the tail pipe better. We were not able to get our system to fit with the Magnaflow. Just make sure you get the Dynomax Ultra Flo because it is straight through; the other Dynomax mufflers are not.
Yeah the big tail pipe hanging down low was not appealing to us. Plenty of room to route it the way we routed ours.
