2.5" Stainless Steel Tailpipes

I'll will purchasing these tailpipes off the website. How hard is to get them angled cut? Once cut, does the cut have to treated some form or fashion so it won't rust?

It's no more difficult to cut them than it is to cut any other piece of pipe. No chemical treatment needed.
