Bo's headers are made from thick wall cast elbows, ours are made like traditional headers with thin wall tubing. That's why there is such a large price difference. The eBay center mount headers are chinese "copies" of my header. They are similar in construction but not equal overall. Ours have beefed up welds, additional bracing, cleaner ports & collector areas, among other things.
As for the injectors, we don't have any 75's in stock right now so you'd either need to go with 80's or 85's. We have a 15% restock/return policy and of course you'd pay shipping both ways.

90 elbow off the flang. Flex pipe the a section of straight pipe to the down pipe drill hole and weld pipe to it. If u have a drill press find a metal hole saw to fish mouth the string pipe to better mate to the down pipe .or u can grind it .
Im running a divorced waste-gate that exits out the side of the car in front of the rear wheel...still useing a flex pipe...
I also section the down pipe after the elbow to put a flex pipe in there.

I don't got any with the waste gate plumbed in . I'm running a divorced setup that exits out the side. Trying to track down a mini muffle like older 911's turbos used to do.

Yeah when I got a chance I'll take better pics of my wastegate piping, also wraped. All 316 ss . We also putting stick on heat shielding on the fire wall and under the car. (I've burnt girls legs in my rotary cars lol) We went with a weird v mount setup so the rad still gets good air flow. And room for a front mount oil cooler. Intercooler spray bar. Brake ducts. I think well have a problem of over cooling ...
Not sure if you where mocking or not lol.

Hello stinger i was installing the center mount on my merkur and the external wastegate. I was wondering if u have to remove the a/c to mount the wastegate on or if the a/c lines are to close to header runner? One question, have you ever installed a dump tube on a merkur not much space maybe also does the a/c have to be removed for this install? what do i need to do to keep the a/c???
