its not bad on idle but any excel and you sound like a plane i woulden't run one on any 2.3 except for the tc because the insulation makes it ok inside, mine is tucked in the little space the transmission crossmember has its straight through without vanes but it is also the stock downpipe diameter the 3" version will have clearance issues(dammit), i just got my stinger header/downpipe so im going to have to fab up a new system and a wastegate dump tube , i still need to cut and rotate my upper intake (gonna wait till i have some practice in my tig class before i hack into it). stinger sent my header before asking for the extra 70$ in shipping it took to get his header downpipe and FMIC setup here(alaska), not many do that, very happy with everything i've gotten from him

exhaust exits out the passenger fender, flipping the turbo made the system less than 2 feet long and with 1 bend(no muffler yet, when complete it will have it mounted on the outside of the passenger fender and there will be a 90 and 2 45's with the exit near the bottom of the passenger door), also made the oil return line fit better and the waste gate dump tube less than an inch long.

That's an interesting take on it, that's for sure. I mocked one up like that years ago but never ran it that way.

works great so far, the intercooler has been getting the air temps down to -10f i've never seen less than 40 or so with the stock intercooler the exhaust isen't that bad at highway or cruising around town but any boost and your obnoxious just have to fix the dam valve cover oil leaks now..

Air/Water IC I assume?
Blue rubber valve cover gasket I assume since it's leaking?

It's impossible for an air/air IC to provide intake temps below ambient (outside) air temp. If you're seeing air temps of -10, your data is incorrect due to a bad sensor or bad sensor calibration.
