I am looking into purchasing the stinger front mount kit . I am keeping the stock turbo manifold for now but plan to either build a twin scroll manifold for an hx35 or get a stinger center mount. I want to know if i buy the kit for stock turbo placement , what would i have to do to make it work with the center mount or twin scroll set-up?

I have no idea with the twin scroll because I have no idea where the turbo would end up in that case. With the header, you either need to run 3" longer couplers at two locations (throttle body and opposite end of same pipe), or you can order the header kit and get it to work for now with a bit of messing around with the location of the pipes and rotation of the turbo compressor housing. Third option would be to order a new pipe at a later date for the header setup.

I have a twin scroll turbo with the stinger header. . . Should there be anything I should be concerned about

No...the turbo location is still the same. In the above scenario, he was considering building a twin scroll header with unknown final turbo location which is why I couldn't give a definitive answer to him.
