For stock location applications, a ported stock E6 manifold is the best option. They can support a lot of power.

whats the most you would spend on 1 and is there any 1 that sells them ported?

Don't know on the price. Nobody sells them ported but I believe bo-port.com would port one for you. Even unported they perform just fine up to the limits of the stock turbo, injectors, and ecu.
